MRICS

RICS stands for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

It is a globally recognized professional body for professionals working in the built and natural environment, encompassing land, property, construction, and infrastructure. Founded in London in 1868, RICS has a long history of promoting and enforcing the highest international standards in the valuation, management, and development of these areas.

Chartered Status:

Achieving chartered status (MRICS or FRICS) is a mark of professional excellence, demonstrating to clients, employers, and the public that an individual possesses the necessary expertise and acts with integrity. Chartered Surveyors are entitled to use the respective post-nominal letters after their names.

Eligibility Criteria:

To become a candidate, a Bachelor’s degree with five years of relevant experience is required. For more details, please reach out to us for a consultation regarding training fees (Training Fee only).

Training Fees:

Our fee for complete MRICS training is DHS 4850. This fee covers everything a candidate requires to pass the MRICS assessment.

Duration:

The typical timeframe to achieve MRICS status is approximately 6 to 18 months, depending on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and current designation
