I am Nanmugan Mariasingam from India (Tamil Nadu, Chennai), possessing 18 years of experience in the construction of Oil & Gas fields, high-rise towers, airports, LNG plants, and in Pre- and Post-Contract functions, Valuation, Business Development, PRO, and other sectors. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and am a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB), and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb). I have been mentoring for approximately three years, having trained over 300 candidates, and I am currently training around 200 individuals. My training covers various APC pathways, including Quantity Surveying and Construction, Project Management, Valuation, Management Consultancy, Facilities Management, Commercial Real Estate, and Corporate Real Estate.
